Nidae KashmirAnantnag, January 10:Additional District Development Commissioner Anantnag Bashir Ahmad Wani today inspected the functioning of control rooms of various departments late at night today.
The ADDC inspected the functioning of Pukaar Control room and R&B Control Room for Snow Clearance at Dak Bungalow. He took stock of the grievances received at Pukaar Control Room and directed the staff to remain vigilant in view of the snow advisory.
Bashir Ahmad also inspected the functioning of control room at BMO Office Mattan. He also inspected the control room at MC Mattan and directed the staff to remain alert in case of snowfall.
The control rooms at MC Anantnag, Mechanical Division Anantnag and Workshop of KPDCL at Lazibal were also inspected. Executive Engineer Mechanical assured the ADDC of complete readiness to tackle snowfall. He said that men and machinery are deployed and snow clearance will be taken up on P1 roads without any delay.
