Baramulla,Jan 18 :The ban on the government school teachers from working in private tuition centres in J&K has become a persistent problem as the repeated orders by the J&K government have failed to see implementation on the ground across Baramulla District.
As per reports to KNA, the different coaching centres continue to violate the government directions that forbid hiring government employee as their faculty and now a day’s large numbers of Government Teachers are running Coaching Centres in Pattan, Baramulla and Sopore Town in North Kashmir.
They revealed that despite taking handsome salary from the govt. Some Government Teacher’s have launched their own private coaching centres and are running them as silent partners.
“These teachers prefer private tuition over their primary job and the government can’t entirely focus on it as there are other issues in the department as well. These things are making unemployed degree holders to suffer more as no space is being provided to them for employment ,”they added.
Meanwhile, unemployed educated youth of the district alleged an organised nexus between employees of the education department and coaching centre owners, who are government employees. (KNA)
