Advocate Zargar Patnavi, Director General of the National Human Rights Global Family, has highlighted the escalating pollution crisis gripping various states across Bharat. He has termed the situation a grave violation of fundamental human rights, as millions of citizens are being deprived of their right to clean air, safe water, and a healthy environment.
Advocate Patnavi expressed deep concern over the unchecked rise in pollution levels, which now pose a critical threat to public health, biodiversity, and ecological stability. He pointed out that the hazardous conditions created by industrial emissions, vehicular pollution, stubble burning, and untreated waste are directly impacting the well-being of millions, with vulnerable populations bearing the brunt of these environmental hazards.
In his statement, Advocate Zargar strongly recommended the immediate deployment of water helicopters to combat the pollution crisis. These helicopters could be utilized to control air pollution, extinguish large-scale fires in industrial zones, and tackle emergencies caused by stubble burning. He emphasized that such innovative solutions are essential in addressing the scale and urgency of the issue. Calling for decisive action, Advocate Zargar urged the government to implement comprehensive measures to curb pollution and protect citizens from its devastating effects. He appealed for the mobilization of resources, enforcement of stricter regulations, and immediate action to ensure that the rights of every Indian to live in a clean and sustainable environment are upheld.
