Bandipora :Former Chairman of Municipal Council Bandipora Basharat Hussain Najar expressed concerns over the drainage system in Bandipora. He mentions that the funds allocated for the drainage system have lapsed, which was a significant project for the town.
He said that During Our tenure, he initiated several projects, including car parking, a slaughterhouse, children’s park and a marriage hall, which are nearing completion. However, solid waste management and the drainage project remain dream for the residents of Bandipora Town.
The lack of a proper drainage system lead to various issues, including waterlogging, flooding, and health hazards.
Former Chairman Requested the authorities to address this concern and start the work drainage project he’s specifically Requested the government and MLA Bandipora To Intervene in issue.
