President of ACA & SKLCWS, Tariq Ahmad Shera, Extends Warm Wishes to Newly Appointed DC Kulgam

Kulgam: In a cordial meeting, Tariq Ahmad Shera, President of the Angel’s Cultural Academy (ACA) & Shahr e Khaas Literary and Cultural Welfare Society (SKLCWS), extended his best wishes to the newly appointed Deputy Commissioner of Kulgam, Shri Athar Aamir Khan (IAS).
