Kulgam: In a cordial meeting, Tariq Ahmad Shera, President of the Angel’s Cultural Academy (ACA) & Shahr e Khaas Literary and Cultural Welfare Society (SKLCWS), extended his best wishes to the newly appointed Deputy Commissioner of Kulgam, Shri Athar Aamir Khan (IAS).
Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera welcomed Shri Khan with a bouquet of flowers, expressing his hopes for success in his new role.
