Nidae KashmirSrinagar, Jan 30 : A driver died in a road accident on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway in Ramban district on Monday.
A fuel tanker JKO2BE 6628 comming from Jammu towards Srinagar met with an accident near kawbagh Ramban in which driver namely Imtiyaz Ahmad S/o ab. Qayoum wani , resident of wagan Banihal was injured, an official told the Kashmir Scroll.
Injured was rescued and shifted to DH Ramban by police and civil Qrt ramban, however, during treatment he succumbed at hospital, he said
Meanwhile Police has taken cognizance of the incident and started investigation, he said.(KS)
