BANDIPORA, JANUARY 12: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Bandipora under the Chairmanship of  Pr. District and Session Judges Amit Sharma (Chairman DLSA  Bandipora) and guidance of  Secretary DLSA Bandipora Nusrat Ali Hakak today organized an awareness programme on National Youth Day at Zaifa Academy of Science and Education Ajas, Bandipora.

Pervaiz Ahmad Bhat PLV of DLSA Bandipora delivered a speech on National Youth Day.  He said that National Youth day is observed every year by schools and higher education institutions on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda to inculcate the values and morals of Swami Vivekananda among the youth of the country.

He discussed the present status of the education system and stressed that only focused youth who have good character, are enlightened and strong willed can bring desirable changes in the society. The focus of education should be to encourage such scientific innovations which can actually solve the problems of human beings.

He also spoke on the vision of Swami Vivekananda and how the students, present youth of the country contribute towards nation building and shared some great philosophies and sayings of Swami Vivekananda with students with the hope to become better individuals tomorrow.
