Nidae KashmirBANDIPORA, JANUARY 05: A team of Drugs control Department Bandipora today conducted inspection of various Drug sale retail outlets operating in Arin and Sumlar area of Bandipora District.
The inspection was carried out to check illegal and self styled prescription by retail licencee(s) operating in such areas and to assess whether sale of drugs are being carried out under the supervision of QP or against proper prescription issued by Registered Medical Practitioners (RMP).
During the inspection about 07 shops were inspected 04 at Arin and 03 at Sumlar and no major violation has been found.
However all firms have been directed to follow conditions of licence(s) in letter and spirit and install CCTV Cameras in their premises under the purview of Nasha Mukth Bharat Abiyan as per directives of District Administration Bandipora .(Info)
