Nidae KashmirGulmarg, 8th July, :- The Gulmarg Development Authority (GDA) has issued a circular urging tourists and visitors to seek permission before installing temporary tents in the jurisdiction of Gulmarg. The circular comes in light of the increasing number of tourists who are installing tents without permission, which has led to the destruction of green meadows and the accumulation of excess waste.
The circular states that permission for installing temporary tents is subject to certain conditions, which will be conveyed in the permission letter.
The circular also states that the installation of tents without permission is illegal and can lead to legal action. The GDA is taking this step to protect the environment and ensure the safety of tourists and visitors.RNA
