Nidae KashmirSrinagar,July 10:In a commendable display of swift action, the Srinagar Police have arrested Tabish Rashid Ganie, son of Ab Rashid Ganie from Shamswari khankha moula, Srinagar. He has been accused of continuously harassing a college girl (name withheld) on various online platforms.
The case was registered at Nishat Police Station under FIR no 64/2023, with charges filed under sections 354, 354A, 354D, 506, and 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Srinagar Police took immediate action upon receiving the complaint of online harassment and initiated a thorough investigation. They left no stone unturned in their efforts to bring justice to the victim and ensure the accused is held accountable for his actions.
