Nidae KashmirA seven-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 15-year-old boy at a village Shahjahanpur of Uttar Pradesh, police said on Friday.
Police said the accused has been arrested and that the incident took place on Thursday evening, PTI reported.
The boy has been apprehended, Superintendent of Police (Rural) Aparna Gautam was quoted as saying by news agency PTI.
The seven-year-old girl has been admitted to a hospital, the officer said.
He added that the boy will be produced before a juvenile court. (PTI)
