Nidae KashmirShopian, Nov 7,: Burglars entered into a mosque in Gagran area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district and stole two transformers.
A local told KNT that theft took place at Jamiat Ahalhadith Masjid Gagran.
“A kerosene and another transformer attached with AC have been stolen,” he said adding that a complaint has been lodged in police station.
The locals said they believe it is the handiwork of drug addicts. “It is not the question of money but speaks a lot about the degrading morality in society,” they said and appealed people to contact on 9797058741, if they have any information about it. (KNT)
