COVID-19 Spike: Routine OPD at GMC, Associated Hospitals Jammu to remain suspended from May 03

>>> Srinagar, May 01: Amid a spike in Covid-19 cases, the authorities on Saturday decided to suspend routine OPD in Government Medical College and Associated Hospitals in Jammu from Monday till further orders.

According to the news agency KNO, the department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu and Kashmir (DIPR-J&K) on its official Twitter handle said that the routine OPD in GMC/Associated Hospitals in Jammu shall remain suspended from May 03, till further orders.

“Due to surge in Covid 19 pandemic & increase in patient load, routine OPD in GMC/Associated Hospitals in Jmu shall remain suspended w.e.f 03-05-2021 till further order. To avoid inconvenience to the public, emergency service shall continue to remain functional(24×7),” it Tweeted.
