Awantipora, May 27// A man in order to avoid toll tax at a plaza posed as a policeman and subsequently, he was arrested and booked in a cheating case in South Kashmir. Police sources told that a man was coming from Srinagar to Anantnag in his personal vehicle when at Toll Plaza Charsoo, he posed as a policeman to avoid toll tax. Sources added that after proper verification it was found that the I-Card which he was possessing was of his father who is a retired policeman. Taking cognizance of the matter Police Awantipora arrested him & registered an FIR vide number 85/2021 under section 419 IPC against him.The man has been identified as Fayaz Mustafa Wani of Ahoo village of South Kashmir’s Anantnag Anantnag.
