Budgam, June 10, KNT: The operation to retrieve the dead body of a local youth continues for the day 2nd in Arigam area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
A 14-year-old boy who is feared dead after he slipped into a Shali Ganga stream in Arigam Budgam yesterday.
A police official told news agency Kashmir News Trust that efforts are on to locate the boy identified as Irfan Ahmed Bhat, a resident of Arigam.
He said besides local police, 3 SDRF teams along with Srinagar River Police are on job. “Due to darkness the operation had been suspended on late Wednesday night and the same was resumed during wee hours of Thursday,” the official said. (KNT)
