Inflexible education system is absurd and can not be used to assess the skill of each individual... As we know that according to the world economic forum, the education system of, European and American countries are rated at the top in the whole world.
I think it is only because of smart education system cum pragmatic system of education. We too know that teaching in a school or in universities or colleges is an uphill task it is not every bodies Cup of tea.
Actually education system should be based on team work rather than race.
As a private school teacher i wish to jot down one thing here that one of the basic reason of our backwardness is that we always wish to cover the syallbus by Hook or crook. These things pressurise the teachers as well as students. One more thing is that we should we must provide the students 20:::::::to 30 minute break besides the faculty members also need the same type of atmosphere. Management should provide them separate rooms, they too need to Have a little bit conversation with their fellow beings so that they can show their best in their respective class rooms. One more thing is that we must create the love and respect atmosphere in our schools. We must shun the nepotism, favouritism any sort of discrimination etc. The whole work related to the studies should be concluded in the campus and students should be free after leaving the campus with out any extra pressure. The motive of the students should be to grow and learn as human beings.
We should not over burden thenm as in my locality one of the private school is neglecting all the basic and formal ways of teaching but his (owner) main motive is to grab the amount from innocent parents.
No break to the students teachers as well.
No moral education , not a single concept of Islam.

In nut shell I can say that the teacher has to take the role of a mentor or even a family member. A student teacher relationship is to be maintained with mutual trust and bonding. The students need a learning style which is flexible on individual basis. Teachers can help the students to reach their goal by chalking out a stragety for each student depending on a quick or a slow learner….
