Sopore: Students of Class 11th on Monday morning staged a protest here in north Kashmir’s Sopore town demanding mass promotion.
As per Kashmir Despatch Correspondent, scores of students assembled outside boys higher secondary Sopore raising slogans in favour of mass promotion.
The protesting students said that they don’t have enough time for preparing for examinations and JKBOSE is yet to take any decision regarding holding of exams or not holding.
Blocking Sopore-Srinagar road at Iqbal market protesting students said if Jammu division students were given mass promotion why not for us too.
Pertinently, on 30 September JKBOSE had announced a mass promotion for Class 11th students of Jammu division.
