Education Went From Being A Right To Being A Fight

Children’s education should help them fully develop their personalities, talents and abilities. It should teach them to understand their own rights, and to respect other people’s rights, cultures and differences. It should help them to live peacefully and protect the environment.
The Constitution (Eighty-sixth Amendment) Act, 2002 inserted Article 21-A in the Constitution of India to provide free and compulsory education of all children in the age group of six to fourteen years as a Fundamental Right in such a manner as the State may, by law, determine.
Now the question arises that if compulsory education is the fundamental right of each child then why? This education is so very high in cost which only few can afford.
And for many this fundamental right had became a fundamental fight. An average family child fights to avail the quality education opportunities. For the right to education to be achieved, there must be equality of opportunity, unrestricted access, and monitored, enforced quality standards. All children must be able to access primary education, which must be free and required. Everybody has access to free higher education that is available to everyone based on individual capacity, and technical and vocational secondary education is widely accessible, open to all, and rapidly becoming free.
Even though it may serve a private sector demand, education is nevertheless a fundamental right for all human beings. Therefore, we should seize this chance to put in the effort necessary to alter society by offering free education to everyone since it may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for us to improve the quality of life for everyone on the planet.
Without quality education, children face considerable barriers to employment and earning potential later in life. They are more likely to suffer adverse health outcomes and less likely to participate in decisions that affect them – threatening their ability to shape a better future for themselves and their societies.
Why is Lack of Education a global issue?

You Can Teach About Climate Change in Every Subject and Grade Level. Here's How
Lack of education is a drastically big global issue which affects many lives. Lack of education causes multiple issues and it itself is a issue we cannot look over. The simple problem of not have education causes problems such as deficit for the community, an intolerant society, and it will create a cycle of poverty . Lack of education is a great contributor to problems in a community. It does not only affect the community, but it affects problems all around the world in a negative way. Having a poor educational system can also affect your very own community. First of all, schools are not cheap, as only one school (which fulfills the children’s needs) costs about 26.5 million dollars. There are mostly no educated people to run the community because of the lack of schools and people who will rule the community will not be able to run properly because of no education. They will not be educated enough to benefit the community which will result in a corrupt society. The crime rate will be higher because there will be no proper laws. “Students would get disappointed when they got degrees without skills and had no hope to get jobs.
the causes of intolerance, disappointment and involvement of youth in crimes were unemployment and lack of financial resources.” This proves that lack of education can cause crimes which will affect the community in a negative way. There will also be a less population in the community because people will want to leave at the corruption of the area. If there will be no educated rulers, there will never be a tolerant society. People will move out of the community but they will face more hardship, as they will not have a place to stay because they had to leave their only homes. It will result in all those people to be homeless and then they will also be victims of poverty. This will happen in all the developing countries with a lack of education. With all the uneducated people moving out, they will all migrate to developed countries for a better life and this problem is technically known as ‘brain drain’ of which Asian countries are badly involved.
Education is a powerful weapon for changing lives and shaping the future.
Good quality education is an essential tool for gaining the best knowledge and develop modernization in society. The outcomes of learning for individuals may vary based on different contexts but at the completion of the elementary education cycle, every person should imbibe basic life skills, scientific knowledge, and beginning levels of numeracy and literacy. Features of good quality education:
• It lays the foundation for equity in civilization. This is possible by breaking the poverty cycle, reducing inequalities, and achieving gender equality.
• It is the key to meeting the goals of standard global development.
• It makes the students capable of contributing their best in both individual and community developments. It focuses on the social, mental, physical, emotional, cognitive, and economic development of every learner irrespective of their race, ethnicity, gender, geographical location, or socioeconomic status.

• Well-educated masses can tolerate the resilience of the communities and become a part of a peaceful democratic society.
• It allows the prosperity of individuals, communities, and society as a whole.
Conclusion:To overcome these challenges and improve the quality of education, schools can evaluate the following factors:
