Health benefits of lychee

Lychee is a small, rounded, soft, thorny fruit. China is the largest producer of lychee fruit. The season of the lychee fruit extends from mid-May to mid-August. In our country, India, lychee fruit was introduced in the 18th century and has now become the second-largest lychee producer in the world. The production of lychee starts in the first week of May and has great and ample varieties. Every year, the lychee season in our country runs from May to the first week of July. Taiwan is the third-largest producing country. Thailand fourth. This is quite strange that in Kashmir most of us are familiar with only a few fruits like apples, bananas, watermelons, melon, oranges, grapes, etc., which are very common and have great economic importance due to their wide availability. We should be fond of all the fruits and vegetables that we have available in our area and in the country.

Due to transportation charges and other taxes, the seasonal fruits are getting expensive and are not in everyone’s reach. To keep healthy and happy, we need fresh and adequate amounts of the basic components of food on a daily basis. Lychee also contains some minerals that are vital for our good health, like copper, magnesium, potassium, etc.Suggestion:Want to keep healthy and happy? Well, it is very simple and interesting that we have to eat fresh vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water, and eat salad (raw vegetables like cucumber, carrot, cabbage, tomato, radish, coriander, etc.). As we know, junk food is not good stuff for our good health as it contains recycled oil, is spicy, which makes our stomach unhealthy and damages our skin health, disturbs our bowel movements, and causes various health related disorders.
