In compliance to the directions of NALSA and JK Legal Services Authority UT of J&K, 3rd Under Trial Review Committee meeting was held today in office chambers of worthy Pr. District & Sessions judge Pulwama. The meeting was presided over by Worthy Pr. District & Sessions Judge Pulwama, the meeting was attended Secretary DLSA Pulwama, DC Pulwama through ADC Pulwama, Sr. Superintendent of police Pulwama, Superintendent of District Jail Pulwama and Chief LADC Pulwama.
In this meeting the list of Under trial prisoners furnished by the concerned authorities was taken up for consideration. In the said meeting a total no. of 07 cases were taken up and discussed and out of which 06 cases were recommended for consideration by the committee as per the guidelines.
