Pulwama Police arrests an absconder evading his arrest from decades

Pulwama April : Continuing its drive against wanted criminals , Pulwama Police has arrested another absconder who was evading his arrest for the last 34 years in Case FIR no 179/1990 u/s. 307,325 RPC of PS Pulwama.

Warrant under section 512 CrPC issued by Hon’ble Court special Mobile Magistrate Pulwama against accused person namely Mushtaq Ahmad wagay S/o. Mohd siddique wagay R/o Banderpora A/p. Khonmoh who was evading his arrest from decades, was executed and was arrested by a special police team of PS Kakapora.

Subsequently, the arrested accused person was produced before the Hon’ble Court of Law.

Our consistent actions against anti-social elements should reassure the community members that we are making every effort to keep our society free of crime. Police has resolved to act as per law against those who indulge in criminal activities.
