Srinagar :Advocate Zargar Patnavi appeals Chief Minister Umar Abdullah, LG Manoj Sinha and others to prioritize the regularization of daily wagers. He in his statement has emphasized the importance of providing job security and other benefits to long-serving daily wagers. Mr Zargar being the student of law has said that financial constraints should not be a barrier to granting permanency to daily wagers, Anganwadi workers, Asha Workers, Aaya workers etc.
He urged said that regularizing daily wagers can significantly improve their job security and access to benefits which are crucial for their well-being and stability.
Providing regular employment can also have positive social impacts. It can reduce stress and improve mental health among workers leading to a more productive and harmonious society.
