Srinagar: Today path finders in collaboration with crescent classes institute was held with students of class 10 and their parents. During the programe Dr muzafer highlighted the need for psychometric assessment for choosing different careers after class 10th. He emphasised upon the factors like aptitude, interests, personality factors and values. He also educated the parents and students that we should not choose our careers due to parent pressure, peer pressure or mob mentality but should rather go for scientific assessment and develop our profile. The programe was appreciated by both school management and parents
