Bandipora:- Chairman Muncipal Council Bandipora Basharat Hussain Najar Visited Quil Area of Bandipora District on thursday where four families were rendered homeless after a devastating fire incident turned three residential houses into ashes in area on intervening night of Tuesday and wednesday.
Although no casualty were reported in the incident but three double storeyed residential houses got completely damaged, locals said adding fifteen sheep three cows were charred to death in the incident.
Locals said that till the fire was brought under control four families were rendered homeless and property worth lakhs got perished.
Chairman Municipal Council Bandipora Basharat Hussain Najar also appealed to the district administration to provide compensation to the affected families on priority basis.
