Curd is prepared from the milk after adding some sour milk to it and then taking it in a warm place for 6 to 8 hours or more. Curd is sour, tasty, and has great health benefits.

Curd contains vitamin C, which boosts our immune system and is beneficial for our gum health. Minerals present in cur like zinc, potassium, fat, carbohydrate, sodium, protein, vitamin A, etc.

curd reduces blood pressure and reduces strokes. It is known to increase good cholesterol and reduce blood pressure. Cholesterol and blood pressure are increasing heart-related issues. Good cholesterol allows the arteries to flow blood smoothly, which keeps the heart healthy.
Curd boosts immune system:
due to the presence of multi-nutrients in curd like minerals, vitamins, and probiotics, it boosts our immune system. Probiotics also help reduce inflammation, which causes various other chronic conditions.
