JKPCC President Tariq Hameed Karra Welcomes New Entrants Into The Party Fold
Srinagar, 16 Dec, 2024: In a positive development, several prominent social activities and youths from Srinagar district joined the Congress party in the presence of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Tariq Hameed Karra. The induction ceremony was held at the party headquarters in Srinagar and witnessed the participation of senior Congress leaders.
Prominent leaders present at the occasion included Srinagar District President Irfan Naqeeb, senior Congress leader Nissar Ahmad Mandoo, former MLA Sopore Haji Abdul Rashid Dar, Abdul Gani Khan, Abid Kashmiri (Incharge Party HQ Srinagar), Dr. Waleed Karra, and Er. Danish Reshi. The gathering highlighted the growing support for the Congress party among the youth and activists in the region.

The new entrants joined, including Waseem Khan, Bilal Ahmad, Showkat Hussain, Feroz Ali Sofi, Danish Shah, Farhan, Qazi Ahmad Haseem, Peer Mohammad Irfan, Fayaz Ahmed Sofi, Mirza Arshad Hussain, Imtiyaz Hussain, and Muneer Ali Khan, expressed their confidence in the leadership of Tariq Hameed Karra and the Congress party’s agenda for the region. They vowed to work diligently for the welfare of the people and contribute to strengthening the party’s grassroots presence.
