Srinagar: Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF) Monday rejected the claims of a trader being the president of the Federation. In a statement to KNT, the spokesperson said that a meeting of executive members was held in Kochay Building Srinagar in which the claim made by one Bashir Ahmed Rather being the president was denounced and rejected. The spokesperson said that the Federation Body was dissolved a month ago but Bashir Ahmed Rather was chosen as President thorough a selection process which they outrightly reject. He said out of 15 executive members, 9 oppose the selection process. “A press conference in this regard will be addressed soon to highlight the truth,” he said.
