Speedy tractor crashes into two shops in Kulgam, shop owner injured Damage worth lakhs reported

Kulgam, Apr 08: Two shops were damaged and an owner suffered minor injuries after an overspeeding tractor crashed into two shops in the Faisal area of Yaripora in the Kulgam district on Thursday.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a tractor damaged two shops after he lost his control and crashed into the shops at Faisal, resulting in injury to a shop owner. The injured shop owner has been identified as Arshid Ahmad Hajam.

“Plant medicines stored in the shop’s worth several lakhs were also damaged in the incident,” he said.

He said the two shops belonging to Mohammad Amin Bhat son of Ghulam Hassan Bhat and Arshid Ahmad Hajam son of Aziz Hajam—both residents of Faisal—(KNO)
