Srinagar, Jun 20 (BAN) Continuing its efforts to eradicate the drug menace from Society. Srinagar police has arrested one drug peddler along with contraband substances like banned Codeine syrups.
He has been identified as Mohd Yaseen Rather resident of Khan Colony Chanapora. During Naka checking at Chanpura, a Scorpio JK01AL 7786 fled from naka & was intercepted,during search, 800 bottles containing Codeine phosphate were recovered.
In,this regard Case under FIR no 42/2023 U/S 8/21/22/NDPS Act was registered at Chanpura Police Station.
