TRAFFIC PLAN & ADVISORY FOR 17-04-2021

Tomorrow, subject to fair weather and good road condition, LMVs (passenger) shall be allowed from Srinagar towards Jammu on Jammu-Srinagar NHW.TCU Srinagar shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the traffic.

CUT OFF TIMING:

LMVs from Zig (Qazigund) 0700 hrs to 1200 hrs.
No Vehicle shall be allowed before and after the cut off timing

HMVs/Load Carriers

Only stranded vehicles between Jawahar Tunnel and Banihal shall be allowed towards Jammu.

SF’s CONVOY MOVEMENT

Security Forces are advised/requested not to ply against advisory/traffic plan in view of traffic congestion on Jammu-Srinagar NHW. They may ply from Srinagar towards Jammu after confirming the status of NHW.

ATTENTION

NOTE- On 21-04-2021 Wednesday, there shall be no traffic movement on Jammu-Srinagar NHW from either side in view of maintenance/repairing of the NHW.

MUGHAL ROAD

Mughal road closed due to snow accumulation.

SSG ROAD

SSG road closed by the J&K Govt. vide DICOM Kashmir’s order No 400/2020 dated 30-12-2020 till further orders.

ADVISORY

People are advised to undertake journey on NHW-44 only after confirming the status of the road from Traffic control units as under:
